Looks like I will be attending his show on Jerry's Bday ! I've never seen him and honestly can't say I really know muchof his music. I do know he is a legend . Anyone seen him? Any opinions or reviews? ???

Saw him many years ago with a full orchestra behind him and he put on a tremendous show. My guess is that you'll know much more than you think you do

I've seen him many times and always it's been a good show. The man as far as I have seen him never calls it in and you get your monies worth. As a footnote I knew his old manager through family friends Dee Anthony who also handled Ten Years After,Peter Framton,Spooky Tooth and some other British bands.I was very lucky as a kid of 16-7 to see the inner workings of rock and roll up close and personal from backstage,on stage at New Paltz and we got complimentary seating when ever one of his bands played.I also witnessed some dealings w/ Bill Graham and both of them are now dukeing it out up there some where...

This is a crazy question but is Huey lewis opening for him? I caught the last part of a radio commercial plugging Joe Cocker's show and working for livin' was also playing. Since it was the end of the commercial, they didn't give specifics. I would think that's a weird double bill if it's true.

It appears that they are opening for him... noticed it on the MusikFest website.

http://www.musikfest.org/details/index.php?9

And 2 days later you get:

The Dukes of September Rhythm Revue featuring Donald Fagen, Michael McDonald and Boz Scaggs

And if that wasn't enough for you...

BOSTON!

Oh how the Lehigh Valley in PA loves its aged rockers.

I wonder if Shakedown Street is still in the Dukes setlist again this year
